This ring is hand made from Nickle Silver (an alloy of copper, zinc and nickle) and copper.  Each plate was hand cut from a large sheet and then solderd together in an alternating pattern for a total of 7 sheets.  On the outside of each corner, a small sterling silver droplet was added to create a rivited look.  The overall effect is similar to mokume gane.

The entire ring was polished and one side was givin a hammered texture to create a more diverse ring.  The inside is a smooth comfort fit.

A Natural Diamond was flush set into the surface of the band.
